Dragon’s Dogma 2 Patch Unlocks Unotainable Items, Updates Game with New Graphics Options

Dragon’s Dogma 2 has received a new update on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. The action RPG from Capcom, which has surpassed 3 million copies sold, brings several new features related to convenience, console performance, and the usual bug fixes. Dragon’s Dogma 2 Patch Notes can be fund here.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 Update

Perhaps the most interesting feature for players on PS5 or Xbox Series is the new option to configure graphics in high or low quality. Capcom says that this – in low quality – should improve the frame rate in more complex areas, such as cities with many characters. Comparisons on fluidity and detail between the two modes are expected to be published in the coming hours or days.

The developer promises further FPS improvements with future updates, but there’s another novelty for users with 120 Hz screens: the ability to enable or disable output of this unlocked framerate. This doesn’t guarantee reaching 120 FPS but aims to reduce the sensation of instability in fluidity.

Other Changes With The New Patch

There is a whole list of minor changes that will improve the experience, such as selling items and equipping armor from the storage menu, increasing the maximum number of items of the same type that can be stored from 99 to 999, and more.

During photo mode, the Arisen can be removed from the image, various specific issues are fixed, and it’s made easier to find ox carts on the roads.
